You choose who you work for, when you work, and what you work on. Clients share project opportunities through our workforce solution, so you can easily see ones that directly meet your expertise. You can choose to apply, or not, as suits you.

We operate a unique “Know your Consultant” process. It is an unrivalled commitment to understanding the strengths, needs and personal objectives of every individual in our expert community. Using this information in conjunction with bespoke AI and complex taxonomy, means we can match you to the best possible roles for the best collaborative relationships.
To help keep things simple, there will be point of contact – a relationship manager who is dedicated to you. There will be lots of opportunities to interact with wider team members, accounts, legal services, and clients – but your relationship manager will get to know you personally and are always here when you need them.
We’re responsible for all compliance and legal paperwork. So all you have to focus on is doing exceptional work then getting paid. We take care of everything else.
Our Selection Criteria
We only choose energy experts at the top of their field. If you can answer yes to at least one of these criteria, then you’re probably a great fit for Acquire:

A Proven Background
You are a recognised industry leader or subject matter expert with a proven track record of at least 10 years within the wider energy industries

Consulting Experience
You have at least 6 years’ experience within a top management consulting firm

Clean Tech Expertise
You have 3 years-experience in a start-up or industrial within the clean tech sector
-
Private Equity / Hedge Fund / Investment
You have at least 4 years’ experience at a leading PE/Hedge Fund company focused on the wider green industry sector

This allows us to better understand your skills, experience and value.
If you meet our expert criteria, we will create a unique visual profile that clearly illustrates your strengths to potential clients. Once you’ve approved this, you’re ready to go.
You will then start to receive project opportunities tailored to your experience, as well as the chance to start interacting with the wider expert community.
